within the Bike Force Australia group, employment opportunities
often become available. While specific positions are advertised
externally via www.bikeforce.com.au,
SEEK and relevant newspapers, anyone interested in gaining
employment within the industry, either as a mechanic or in
sales, is encouraged to submit an application form in the
interim for due consideration.
Prior to registering your interest, please note that some
weekend work will be required of all employees. Anyone not
available for Saturday and/or Sunday shifts on a regular basis
(not necessarily every week) is unlikely to be offered a position.
To maintain high standards in all stores, Bike Force Australia
looks for the following attributes in their staff:
| Bike assemblers/mechanics
- some experience in building bicycles
- possess an eye for detail
- take pride in their work
- able to work autonomously

Sales Staff
- proven retail sales background
- outgoing personality
- excellent communication skills
- enthusiastic and self motivated
- professional and friendly
- provide exceptional customer service at all times

Experience in the bicycle industry would be highly
regarded but not essential.
