These pages contain a statement of the policies of Bike Force Australia (“Bike Force”) on how we manage personal information and health information. This policy is relevant to both customers and to our employees and staff members. In addition, we outline what personal information may be collected from visitors using our website.

If you do not provide satisfactory evidence of your identity, we reserve the right to refuse access to the personal data. Please note that any demand for access may be subject to payment of a fee of $20 which covers our costs in providing you with the information requested. Other access fees may also apply. If you are an employee or former employee access to some personal or other information may be subject to litigation privilege or other legal restrictions.
