TERMS AND CONDITIONS for WIN a TREK Fuel EX9 Bike (Promotion)
COMPETITION DETAILS
1.Instructions on how to enter, prize details and other information contained within the promotional advertisements form part of these terms and conditions.
ENTRY
2.Promotional Period commences at 12.01am (AWST) on the 24/09/11 and closes at 11.59pm (AWST) on the 31/10/11.
3.To enter, please visit one of our Bike Force retail locations in Perthand complete the manual or online entry form by no later than 11.59pm (AWST) on the 31/10/11.
4.To enter the competition you will need to complete the online OR manual entry form. Entrants are required to include the requested personal details.
5.Multiple entries are allowed per person.
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY:
6.The winner must be a minimum of 16 years of age or older at the time of entry.
7.Employees of Bike Force, their subsidiaries, related companies and immediate families are not eligible to enter.
PRIZE DRAW
8.The draw, to select the three major prize winners only will take place at Bike Force Australia, NE G01A Waterfront Way, Harbour Town Shopping Centre, Docklands, Victoria, Australia, 3008 on 21 November, 2011 at 2pm (AEST).
MANNER IN WHICH WINNERS WILL BE NOTIFIED:
9.The winner will be notified in writing to their nominated contact email address on the entry form, and contacted via telephone on the number provided and their name and state/territory of residence will be published on www.bikeforce.com.auon 22/11/11. By entering this competition, each entrant requests that his or her full address not be published.
DETAILS OF PRIZE
10.The prize consists of a Trek Fuel EX9 bike (Value $3,999 RRP)
11.The Trek Fuel EX9 bike is not transferable for cash.
12.The prize (Trek Fuel EX9) cannot be replaced by Bike Force and/or its associated suppliers if lost or stolen.
14.Bike Force and/or its associated suppliers will not be liable for any loss or damage which is suffered or sustained in connection with this prize.
15.Bike Force’s decision is final and cannot be contested. No correspondence will be entered into. Subject to the Regulatory Authority, Bike Force has the right to limit entry or amend rules if considered necessary without notice.
16.Entry into this competition signifies acceptance of all Terms and Conditions.
DETAILS OF PROVISION FOR THE DISPOSAL OF ANY UNCLAIMED PRIZES, IF APPLICABLE
17.The winner will have 14 days to claim their prize. If the prize is unclaimed after 14 days then a re-draw will take place at; Bike Force Australia, NE G01A Waterfront Way, Harbour Town Shopping Centre, Docklands, Victoria, Australia 3008. The winner will be notified in writing by email to their nominated email contact address in the entry form, and contacted via telephone on the number provided.

18.At Bike Force we pride ourselves on keeping up with innovations and new and improved products. We are also heavily involved in community events such as ‘UWCT Perth 2012’ and we regularly conduct promotions and make special offers to our customers. We propose to keep you informed of innovations, offers, promotions and sales by sending a newsletter or
promotional material to your address provided. To minimize the effect on the environment we will usually send out information via email and/or SMS.
19.Your details will not be given to a third party or used in any other way without your express permission. Bike Force will take all reasonable steps to ensure the security of your personal information.
20.Should you not wish us to retain your contact details and not wish to receive this information please tick or insert an ‘x’ in this box □ on your entry form (you must be aged over 16 years of age to receive future correspondence from Bike Force).
