TERMS AND CONDITIONS: WIN $1000 GIFT VOUCHER COMPETITION

COMPETITION DETAILS
1. Instructions on how to enter, prize details and other information contained within the promotional advertisements form part of these terms and conditions.

ENTRY
2. Promotional Period commences at 12.01am (AEST) on the 17/02/10 and closes at 11.59pm (AEST) on the 16/04/10.

3. To enter, please visit our website www.bikeforce.com.au and complete the online entry form by no later than 11.59pm (AEST) on the 16/04/10.

4. To enter the competition you will need to complete the online entry form and are required to enter and retain your Bike Force purchase receipt.

5. Multiple entries are allowed per person however it is restricted to one entry for each receipt.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY:
6. The winner must be a minimum of 16 years of age or older at the time of entry.

7. Employees of Bike Force, their subsidiaries, related companies and immediate families are not eligible to enter.

PRIZE DRAW
8. The draw, to select one major prize winner only will take place at Bike Force Docklands, 432 Docklands Drive, Harbour Town Shopping Centre, Docklands, Victoria, Australia, 3008 on April 23, 2010 at 2pm (AEST).

MANNER IN WHICH WINNERS WILL BE NOTIFIED:
9. The winner will be notified in writing to their nominated contact email address in the entry form, and contacted via telephone on the number provided.

DETAILS OF PRIZE
10. The prize consists of a $1,000 Bike Force Gift Voucher.

11. The Bike Force gift voucher is not transferable for cash.

12. The Bike Force gift voucher must be redeemed by the expiry date.

13. The Bike Force gift voucher is a valuable document, it cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

14. Bike Force will not be liable for any loss or damage which is suffered or sustained in connection with this prize.

15. Bike Force’s decision is final and cannot be contested.  No correspondence will be entered into.  Subject to the Regulatory Authority, Bike Force has the right to limit entry or amend rules if considered necessary without notice.

16. Entry into this competition signifies acceptance of all Terms and Conditions.

DETAILS OF PROVISION FOR THE DISPOSAL OF ANY UNCLAIMED PRIZES, IF APPLICABLE
17. The winner will have 14 days to claim their prize. If the prize is unclaimed after 14 days then a re-draw will take place at; Bike Force Docklands, 432 Docklands Drive, Harbour Town Shopping Centre, Docklands, Victoria, Australia 3008.  The winner will be notified in writing by email to their nominated email contact address in the entry form, and contacted via telephone on the number provided.

DETAILS OF ANY ADDITIONAL PURPOSE/S FOR WHICH THE INFORMATION COLLECTED FROM THE ENTRANTS WILL BE USED
18. At Bike Force we pride ourselves on keeping up with innovations and new and improved products.  We are also heavily involved in community events such as ‘Around the Bay in a Day’ and we regularly conduct promotions and make special offers to our customers.  We propose to keep you informed of innovations, offers, promotions and sales by sending a newsletter or
promotional material to your address provided.  To minimize the effect on the environment we will usually send out information via email and / or SMS. 

19. Your details will not be given to a third party or used in any other way without your express permission. Bike Force will take all reasonable steps to ensure the security of your personal information.

20. Should you not wish us to retain your contact details and not wish to receive this information please tick the appropriate box when entering online (you must be aged over 16 years of age to receive future correspondence from Bike Force).
