Maintenance Schedule
All geared bikes valued at over $200 RRP purchased from Bike Force Australia come with a comprehensive service plan for the first year. The first service (at 30 days) is FREE. Two additional services on all Bike Force bikes are provided at discounted rates and are essential to maintain the bike’s warranty.
After that initial 12 month period, Bike Force Australia recommends that you have your bike serviced regularly to maintain it effectively.
- Standard Service: recommended every 3-6 months
- Intermediate Service: recommended every 6-12 months
- Deluxe Service: recommended every 12-18 months

Bike Force Australia offers the bicycle industry’s only risk free guarantee. Items purchased from a Bike Force store will be gladly exchanged, fixed or refunded within 14 days of purchase if the goods do not meet the customer’s requirements.
Conditions
Bicycles are unable to be ridden off road within the 14 day period
Bicycles will not be exchanged or refunded if they are in less than show room condition
- All other goods must be returned unused and with tags and packaging still intact, in order to be exchanged or refunded
- Items that are on sale or otherwise discounted cannot be refunded or exchanged if customers simply change their mind
